How It Works

1) Consultation 

Fill up the form below to Schedule an informative 30-minute call with us and let us know exactly what you’re looking for and the goals you want to achieve for your business.  

2) Proposal Review 

Based on our discussion, a brief proposal will be sent to you for review. There you’ll find in writing: the plan & pricing and the next steps to get started. 


3) Payment Confirmation 

If you agree to the terms in the proposal, an invoice will be sent to you for the initial deposit. (50% of the plan you prefer)  

Once we receive the initial deposit, and the proposal is signed, our recruitment team begins the process of matching the right VA based on your specific requirements. 

4) Interview and Selection 

Schedule an interview with your candidates and choose the VA which is the best fit for your business. 

Once the VA is chosen by you, we will set a start date for their training.  

All communication channels can then be set up for real-time contact (we prefer Slack). 


5) Contract Signing 

You’ll be assigned an account manager who will handle managing your agent or VA from our end. 

A formal contract will then be sent to you to completely seal the deal.
